Barn Conversions
This tired old barn in North Pembrokeshire has recently been converted into a beautiful new holiday let.

These two separate barns below (near the Cleddau estuary) were converted and tastefully joined together to provide a lovely new home for a retired couple.

Renovations
This old miners cottage had been extended in the 1960s and not been
touched ever since. The attic space has now been converted to provide additional living space and the internal layout has been totally reconfigured to take advantage of its rural outlook.

This beautiful old farmhouse built circa 1870 had been abandoned and fallen into a state of disrepair. We have successfully gained planning permission to completely rebuild the property introducing additional glass features into the design to make the most of the stunning views, whilst respecting the original character of the building.

This detached double garage within Pembrokeshire's National Park was being used for general household storage. With a few tweaks to the roof space and internal layout it has successfully been converted to additional accommodation for the family.

Extensions
This client wanted a very large extension (80sqm) to create a new sociable kitchen / dining space to their lovely farmhouse. Working along with our structural engineer and other consultants we were able to produce a technical design that has been well executed.

This client wanted a sun room extension and a nicer view from his hot tub. So we managed to combine the two by building a new reinforced balcony over the extension (construction still ongoing).

We have recently obtained planning permission for this extensive renovation and extension in Tenby. The proposed design generates an extra 75sqm of living space over the existing footprint, whilst being sympathetic to its surroundings and neighbouring properties.
